וְכֵן לֵילֵךְ וּלְבַזּוֹת לְאֶחָד מֵהַצְּדָדִים (ו) בִּגְנוּת מַעֲשֵׂי אֲבוֹתָיו, גַּם כֵּן בִּכְלַל לִישָׁנָא בִּישָׁא הוּא, כְּמוֹ שֶׁמְּבֹאָר לְעֵיל בִּכְלָל ד'.
And, likewise, to shame one of the parties [to a shidduch] because of the deeds of his forbears — this, too, is in the category of lashon hara, as explained above in Principle IV.
И также идти и позорить одну из сторон (ж) порочными деяниями её предков — это тоже входит в категорию лашон ара, как разъяснено выше в правиле 4.
