וְאַחֲרֵי אֲשֶׁר חִיְּבָנוּ לְהַאֲמִין בַּאֲמִתַּת מְצִיאוּתוֹ חִיְּבָנוּ לְהַאֲמִין שֶׁהוּא אֱלֹהֵינוּ כְּמוֹ שֶׁאָמַר אֱלֹהֵינוּ וְאַחַר כֵּן חִיְּבָנוּ לְהַאֲמִין כִּי הוּא אֶחָד אֱמֶת כְּמוֹ שֶׁאָמַר ה׳ אֶחָד.
After He placed us under obligation to believe in the reality of His existence (through rational investigation for those capable as in ch.3), we are then called upon to believe that He is our G-d, as indicated in the word "our G-d", and afterwards He commanded us to believe that He [alone] is truly one, in saying: "G-d is one" .
И после того как Он обязал нас верить в истинность Его существования, Он обязал нас верить, что Он — наш Б-г, как сказано: «Б-г наш». А затем обязал нас верить, что Он — истинный Единый, как сказано: «Г-сподь — един».
