וְאֵין אִישׁ מֵאַנְשֵׁי הַשֵּׂכֶל מִסְתַּפֵּק שֶׁחַסְדּוֹ וְטוּבוֹ עַל הַתִּינוֹק כּוֹלְלִים וְנִרְאִים יוֹתֵר וְשֶׁהוּא חַיָּב בְּהַתְמָדַת הַהוֹדָאָה וְהַשֶּׁבַח עֲלֵיהֶם יוֹתֵר.
No person with intelligence will doubt that the kindness to the child was wider in scope and more clearly recognizable, and that consequently there was in its case a greater obligation of constant gratitude and praise to the benefactor.
И ни один разумный человек не сомневается, что его милость и доброта к младенцу были всеобъемлющими и более очевидными, и что тот обязан постоянной благодарностью и хвалой за них более [чем пленник].
