והנה הכינה החכמה העליונה שימצא ביטול לגבולים מגבולי טבע החומר והעה״ז המבדילים ומרחיקים את האדם מן הנמצאים הרוחניים ועניניהם ויותר האדם מקישוריהם ויתיצב על מצב מעולה ממצבו הגשמי עד שיותן לו קשר וענין עם הרוחנים עודנו בעה״ז בגופו החשוך. ואולם לא כל גבולות הטבע הוחק שיבוטלו אלא קצת מהם אותם שראתה החכמה העליונה היותו נאות לכונה הכללית של ההנהגה וכמ״ש בח״א וגם אלה בתנאים משוערים ודרכים ידועים בתכלית הדקדוק:
And behold the Supreme Wisdom set up that there be a suspension of some of the natural limits of the material and of this world, that separate and distance man from the spiritual entities and their content, that man be freed from their bounds and that he stand on a more elevated level than his physical level; such that he was given a connection and common ground with the spiritual entities even while he is in this world in his darkened body. However not all of the natural limits were designed to be annulled, but rather only some of them that the Supreme Wisdom saw to be appropriate for the general intention of [His] direction, as we wrote in Part I. And even these [that are annulled] are only [annulled] with great precision, according to designated conditions and well-known ways
Высшая Мудрость устроила так, чтобы некоторые из пределов природы материи и этого мира, отделяющие и отдаляющие человека от духовных сущностей и их свойств, были отменены, и человек был бы освобождён от их уз и поставлен в состояние более возвышенное, нежели его материальное положение, — так, чтобы ему была дана связь и сообщение с духовными сущностями, пока он ещё пребывает в этом мире, в своём тёмном теле. Однако не все пределы природы были определены к отмене, а лишь некоторые из них — те, которые Высшая Мудрость сочла подобающими общему замыслу Управления, как мы сказали в первой части. И даже они — при точнейшим образом выверенных условиях и определённых путях.
