ענין השפעתו: אך השפעתו היא מה שיוציא רצונו ית׳ לפועל באותו הסדר וההדרגה שהוא חפץ והנה בהיות שסידר בריותיו בסדר הדרגה והשתלשלות מפני שחפץ בסדר הזה הנה כמו שרצה בהשתלשלות זה בבחי׳ מציאות הנבראים כן רוצה בו בבחינת התמדתם ופעולותיהם בכל עניניהם ובסדר זה מקיימם בכל בחינותיהם ומשפיע בהם למה שרצה בענינם ויחסיהם. והנה הוא ית״ש ישפיע למלאך והמלאך למלאך שתחתיו במדריגה וכן מדריגה אחר מדרגה עד שהמלאך האחרון יפעל בגשמיות לקיים דבר או לחדש אותו כפי מה שיצאה גזירת רצונו ית׳. ואמנם קיום כל הוה בכל מדריגה שהוא אינו אלא ממנו ית׳ כי הוא ית״ש מקיים בכחו הנבראים והשתלשלותם כל א׳ כפי ענינו אבל הוצאת הפעולות לגשמיות כפי סדר הנמצאים ויחסיהם שזכרנו למעלה זה נעשה בהדרגה שזכרנו:
Regarding His influence: However His influence is that which He, may He be blessed, brings out His will to take effect in the order and calibration that He wants. It is [like] He surely ordered His creatures in an order, calibration and unfolding because He desired such an order. Just like He wanted that unfurling in the aspect of the creatures' existence, so too did He want it in the aspect of their permanence and their actions, in all of their functions. And He preserves them in all of their aspects in this order, and influences them for what He wants about their functions and interactions. And behold He, may His name be blessed, influences an angel, and that angel influences the angel beneath him in the chain; and so on, one level after another until the last angel acts upon the physical to preserve something or to institute it according to the transmission of the decree of His will, may He be blessed. Nevertheless the preservation of every existing thing, at all levels, is only from Him, may He be blessed. For it is He, with His power, that preserves the creatures and their unfoldings - every one according to its function. But carrying out the actions into physicality, according to the order of the existing things and their interactions that we mentioned above, is only done through the chain that we mentioned.
Суть Его ниспослания: Его ниспослание — это осуществление Его воли, да будет Он благословен, в том порядке и той градации, которых Он желает. Поскольку Он устроил Свои творения в порядке градации и нисхождения, ибо пожелал этого порядка, — как Он желает этого нисхождения в аспекте бытия творений, так Он желает его и в аспекте их поддержания и действий во всех их проявлениях. И в этом порядке Он поддерживает их во всех аспектах и ниспосылает на них то, что пожелал в их свойствах и соотношениях. И вот, Он, да будет Он благословен, ниспосылает ангелу, а ангел — ангелу, стоящему ниже него по ступени, и так ступень за ступенью, пока последний ангел не совершит действие в материальном мире — чтобы поддержать какую-либо вещь или обновить её, сообразно тому, что вышло по определению Его воли, да будет Он благословен. Однако поддержание всего существующего на каждой ступени — лишь от Него, да будет Он благословен, ибо Он, да будет Он благословен, Своею силой поддерживает творения и их нисхождение, каждое сообразно его природе. Но доведение действий до материального осуществления, согласно порядку существ и их соотношениям, о которых мы упоминали выше, — это совершается в той градации, о которой мы сказали.
