סוף גילגולי המין האנושי: אך ההכנה הזאת הנה היא סובבת על שני קוטבים הא׳ אישיי והב׳ כללי. האישיי הוא ענין קנית האדם את שלימותו במעשיו והכללי הוא התכונן המין האנושי בכללו לעה״ב ופי׳ זה הענין הוא כי בהיות המין האנושי נברא ביצ״ט וביצ״ר ובבחירה הנה לא ימנע האפשרות בחלקיו להיות מהם טובים ומהם רעים וסוף הגלגול צריך שיהיה שידחו הרעים ויקבצו הטובים ויעשה מהם כלל א׳ שלכלל ההוא יעותד העה״ב בטוב האמיתי המושג בו:
The end of the processes of the human specie: Yet this preparation hinges upon two poles; the first being personal and the second, communal. The personal is the matter of the acquisition of his perfection through his actions. And the communal is that the human specie as a whole prepares itself for life in the world to come. And the explanation of this matter is that the human specie is created with a good impulse and an evil impulse, so it is not impossible for parts of it to be good and parts of it to be bad. However the end of the process must be that the evil ones will be pushed off, and that the good ones be gathered and made into one group. For the true good that is attained in the world to come is destined for this group.
Конечный итог превращений рода человеческого: Эта подготовка вращается вокруг двух осей: первая — индивидуальная, и вторая — общая. Индивидуальная — это обретение человеком совершенства своими делами. Общая — это подготовка рода человеческого в целом к Олам а-Ба (Грядущему Миру). Смысл этого состоит в следующем: поскольку род человеческий был сотворён с Йецер а-Тов (Добрым началом), Йецер а-Ра (Дурным началом) и свободой выбора, — не исключена возможность, что среди его частей будут как праведные, так и нечестивые. И конечный итог всего должен быть таков, что нечестивые будут отвергнуты, а праведные собраны, и из них составится единая общность, которой будет предуготовлен Олам а-Ба с истинным благом, обретаемым в нём.
