דַּע, כִּי יֵשׁ מֹחִין שֶׁל אֶרֶץ־יִשְׂרָאֵל וְיֵשׁ מֹחִין שֶׁל חוּץ־לָאָרֶץ.
Know! there are mentalities of the Land of Israel and mentalities of the Diaspora.
Знай! есть мохин Эрец Исраэль и мохин галута.
וְגַם הַמֹּחִין שֶׁל חוּץ־לָאָרֶץ הֵם מְקַבְּלִים וְיוֹנְקִים גַם־כֵּן מֵהַמֹּחִין שֶׁל אֶרֶץ־יִשְׂרָאֵל. כִּי עִקָּר הַמֹּחַ וְהַחָכְמָה הִיא בְּאֶרֶץ־יִשְׂרָאֵל, כְּמוֹ שֶׁאָמְרוּ רַבּוֹתֵינוּ זִכְרוֹנָם לִבְרָכָה בַּמִּדְרָשׁ (ב"ר פ' ט"ז): אֵין חָכְמָה כְּחָכְמַת אֶרֶץ־יִשְׂרָאֵל וְכוּ'.
And the mentalities of the Diaspora, too, receive from and sustain themselves on the mentalities of the Land of Israel. This is because the quintessence of enlightenment and wisdom is in the Land of Israel, as our Sages, of blessed memory, taught in the Midrash: There is no wisdom like the wisdom of the Land of Israel… (Bereishit Rabbah 16:4).
И мохин галута тоже получают от мохин Эрец Исраэль и питаются ими. Ибо сущность просветления и мудрости — в Эрец Исраэль, как учили наши Мудрецы, да будет благословенна память о них, в Мидраш: Нет мудрости, подобной мудрости Эрец Исраэль… (Берешит Рабба 16:4).
וְכָל אֶחָד מִיִּשְׂרָאֵל יֵשׁ לוֹ חֵלֶק בְּאֶרֶץ־יִשְׂרָאֵל, וְכָל אֶחָד כְּפִי חֶלְקוֹ שֶׁיֵּשׁ לוֹ בְּאֶרֶץ־יִשְׂרָאֵל כֵּן הוּא מְקַבֵּל וְיוֹנֵק מֵהַמֹּחִין שֶׁל אֶרֶץ־יִשְׂרָאֵל. נִמְצָא שֶׁכָּל הַמֹּחִין הֵם בְּחִינַת מֹחִין שֶׁל אֶרֶץ־יִשְׂרָאֵל, כִּי כֻּלָּם מְקַבְּלִים מִשָּׁם, כִּי שָׁם בְּאֶרֶץ־יִשְׂרָאֵל עִקָּר הַמֹּחַ וְהַחָכְמָה כַּנַּ"ל.
And every single Jew has a share in the Land of Israel, with each one receiving from and sustaining himself on the mentalities of the Land of Israel according to his portion in the Land of Israel. It follows, that all the mentalities are conceptually Land of Israel mentalities. This is because they all receive from there, since the quintessence of enlightenment and wisdom is there, in the Land of Israel.
И каждый-единственный еврей имеет долю в Земле Израиля, и каждый получает и поддерживает себя на мохин Земли Израиля — согласно своей доле в Земле Израиля. Выходит, что все мохин по сути — мохин Земли Израиля. Ибо все они получают оттуда, потому что сама квинтэссенция просветления и мудрости — там, в Земле Израиля.
אֲבָל אַף־עַל־פִּי־כֵן יֵשׁ מֹחִין שֶׁל חוּץ לָאָרֶץ, וְזֶה נַעֲשֶׂה עַל־יְדֵי פְּגַם הַכָּבוֹד, חַס וְשָׁלוֹם. שֶׁמִּי שֶׁפּוֹגֵם, חַס וְשָׁלוֹם, בִּכְבוֹד הַשֵּׁם יִתְבָּרַךְ, אֲזַי עַל־יְדֵי פְּגַם הַכָּבוֹד שֶׁל הַשֵּׁם יִתְבָּרַךְ אֵין יְכוֹלִין לְקַבֵּל וְלִינֹק מֵהַמֹּחִין שֶׁל אֶרֶץ־יִשְׂרָאֵל, וּכְפִי הַפְּגָם שֶׁפּוֹגֵם בִּכְבוֹד הַשֵּׁם יִתְבָּרַךְ, כְּמוֹ־כֵן אֵינוֹ יָכוֹל לְקַבֵּל וְלִינֹק מֵהַמֹּחִין שֶׁל אֶרֶץ־יִשְׂרָאֵל, וַאֲזַי נִשְׁאָרִין הַמֹּחִין בִּבְחִינַת מֹחִין שֶׁל חוּץ־לָאָרֶץ מַמָּשׁ. וּכְשֶׁהַמֹּחִין הֵם בְּחִינַת מֹחִין שֶׁל חוּץ־לָאָרֶץ, אֲזַי אֵין יְכוֹלִין לְהַשְׁווֹת דַּעְתָּן יַחַד.
But even so, Diaspora mentalities do exist. This comes about through a blemish of the glory, God forbid. When someone, God forbid, blemishes the glory of God, then, due to the blemish of God’s glory, it becomes impossible to receive and draw from the mentalities of the Land of Israel. And in proportion to the blemish one makes in God’s glory, one is unable to receive and draw from the mentalities of the Land of Israel. The mentalities thus remain actual Diaspora mentalities. And when [people’s] mentalities are conceptually Diaspora mentalities, their minds cannot agree.
Но всё же существуют мохин изгнания. Это происходит из-за изъяна в славе, не дай Бог. Когда человек, не дай Бог, наносит изъян славе Всевышнего, тогда вследствие изъяна в славе Всевышнего становится невозможно получать и притягивать от мохин Земли Израиля. И в соответствии с тем изъяном, который он делает в славе Всевышнего, он не способен получать и притягивать от мохин Земли Израиля. И потому мохин остаются в действительности мохин изгнания. А когда мохин по сути — мохин изгнания, их разум не может прийти к согласию.
וְזֶהוּ בְּחִינַת הַמַּחֲלֹקֶת שֶׁיֵּשׁ בָּעוֹלָם, כִּי מֹחִין שֶׁל חוּץ־לָאָרֶץ אֵין יְכוֹלִין לְהַשְׁווֹת עַצְמָן יַחַד. אֲבָל הָיָה רָאוּי שֶׁלֹּא יִהְיֶה מַחֲלֹקֶת כִּי־אִם בְּחוּץ־לָאָרֶץ, וּבֶאֱמֶת אָנוּ רוֹאִין שֶׁגַּם בְּאֶרֶץ־יִשְׂרָאֵל יֵשׁ מַחֲלֹקֶת:
Conceptually, this is the discord which exists in the world, since the Diaspora mentalities cannot bring themselves to agree. Although it would be fitting that discord exist only outside the Land, in reality, we see that there is discord also inside the Land of Israel.
По сути, это и есть раздор, существующий в мире, поскольку мохин изгнания не в силах согласиться. Хотя было бы уместно, чтобы раздор существовал лишь вне Земли, однако в действительности мы видим, что раздор есть также и внутри Земли Израиля.
