דַּע, שֶׁיֵּשׁ בָּנִים שֶׁמּוֹלִידִים בְּזֶה הָעוֹלָם, אֲבָל יֵשׁ בְּנֵי עֲלִיָּה גְּדוֹלִים מְאֹד, שֶׁמּוֹלִידִים נְשָׁמוֹת שֶׁהֵם לְמַעְלָה מֵהַנְּשָׁמוֹת הַמִּתְלַבְּשִׁים בַּבָּנִים הַנּוֹלָדִים בָּעוֹלָם.
Know! there are children that people give birth to in this world. Yet, there are people on a very lofty spiritual plane who give birth to souls that are loftier than the souls enclothed within the children that are born in this world.
Знай! есть дети, которых люди рождают в этом мире. Но есть люди на очень возвышенной духовной ступени, которые рождают души, более возвышенные, чем души, облачённые в детей, рождающихся в этом мире.
כִּי כָל הַנְּשָׁמוֹת שֶׁהֵם בָּעוֹלָם הֵם שִׁשִּׁים רִבּוֹא, וְאַף שֶׁיֵּשׁ יוֹתֵר, הֵם רַק מֵהִתְחַלְּקוּת הַנִּיצוֹצוֹת, אֲבָל בִּכְלָל הֵם רַק שִׁשִּׁים רִבּוֹא.
For, altogether, there are 600,000 souls in the world. Even though there are more [Jews than that], they are only a result of the division of the sparks. In total, however, there are only 600,000.
Ибо, в целом, в мире есть 600 000 душ. И хотя [евреев] больше, это лишь следствие разделения искр. Но в совокупности — есть только 600 000.
אֲבָל אֵלּוּ הַנְּשָׁמוֹת הַנַּ"ל הֵם לְמַעְלָה מִשִּׁשִּׁים רִבּוֹא נְשָׁמוֹת שֶׁמִּתְלַבְּשִׁים בְּזֶה הָעוֹלָם, כִּי הֵם אֵינָם רְאוּיִין כְּלָל לְהִתְלַבֵּשׁ בְּזֶה הָעוֹלָם, וַאֲפִלּוּ כְּשֶׁבָּאִין בְּזֶה הָעוֹלָם, הֵם אֵינָם נֶחֱשָׁבִים מִזֶּה הָעוֹלָם כְּלָל.
Nevertheless, the aforementioned souls are loftier than the 600,000 enclothed in this world, for they are not at all suited to be enclothed in this world. Thus, even when they do come into this world, they are not considered part of it.
Тем не менее, вышеупомянутые души более возвышенны, чем те 600 000, что облачены в этом мире, ибо они вовсе не пригодны, чтобы быть облачёнными в этот мир. Поэтому, даже когда они приходят в этот мир, они не считаются его частью.
וְזֶה בְּחִינוֹת בְּנֵי מֹשֶׁה, שֶׁכָּתוּב בָּהֶם: וּבְנֵי רְחַבְיָה רַבּוּ לְמַעְלָה, וְדָרְשׁוּ חֲכָמֵינוּ זִכְרוֹנָם לִבְרָכָה (ברכות ז): לְמַעְלָה מִשִּׁשִּׁים רִבּוֹא; כִּי הֵם לֹא הָיוּ נֶחֱשָׁבִים בִּכְלַל הַשִּׁשִּׁים רִבּוֹא, כִּי הֵם הָיוּ לְמַעְלָה מֵהֶם כַּנַּ"ל:
This is the aspect of Moshe’s sons, about whom it is written, “and the sons of Rechavyah increased beyond” (1 Chronicles 23:17). Our Sages, of blessed memory, expound: “Beyond” the 600,000 (Berakhot 7a). This is because they were not at all considered among the 600,000, for [the souls of Rechavyah’s sons] were loftier than theirs, as explained above.
Это — аспект сыновей Моше, о которых написано: «и сыновья Рехавьи умножились сверх» (1 Хроники 23:17). Наши Мудрецы, благословенной памяти, истолковывают: «сверх» шестисот тысяч (Брахот 7a).
