על כן לא יאכלו בני ישראל את גיד הנשה נודע כי בסוד עש״ן שהוא עולם שנה נפש בכל אחד יש קומה שלימה מרמ״ח איברים ושס״ה גידים מעין קומה שלהם כמו שכתב הראב״ד בפירושו לספר יצירה על פסוק (שמות י״ט, י״ח) והר סיני עשן כולו שתיבת עש״ן מרמז על עולם שנה נפש כי כמו שיש בנפש קומה מרמ״ח איברים ושס״ה גידים כן יש בעולם כמו שמצינו שנקרא הארץ בשם איברים טבור הארץ ופי הארץ ערות הארץ וכן בשנה הימים מיוחדים שכל אחד משס״ה ימים הוא בחינת גיד פרטי ויום ט׳ באב הוא בחינת גיד הנשה מן קומת השנה שהוא בבחינת אחוריים ששם אחיזת הקליפות ועל כן הוא זמן שליטתן שנחרב הבית בראשונה ובשניה ונלכדה ביתר ונחרשה העיר עבור שהוא יום שליטתן ואחיזתן שניתן להם אותו יום להיות להם אחיזה גם כן בקומת השנה וכמו יום הכיפורים שהוא יום עליון וקדוש בקדושת מעלה על כל השנה שהוא חיות של כל השנה ומובחר שבכולן לקדושה שעל כן ביומא דכיפורי שטן אין לו רשות לאסטוני כמו שאמרו רז״ל את זה לעומת זה עשה אלקים כי תשעה באב הוא יום מובחר בסטרא אחרא להיות להן אחיזה יתירה ביום זה שעל כן אירע בו מה שאירע:
Therefore, the children of Israel must not eat the raised tendon: It is known about the secret of ashan - which is, world/year/living being (designated by the first letter of these three words, olam/shanah/nefesh) - that there is a complete stature to each of them from the 248 limbs and the 365 tendons, in the way of their structure. It is as the Raavad wrote in his commentary on Sefer Yetzirah on the verse (Exodus 19:18), "The entire Mount Sinai was all smoke (ashan)" - that the word, ashan, hints to olam/shanah/nefesh. Since just like there is structure to a living being from the 248 limbs and the 365 tendons, so too is there in the world - as we have found that the earth is referred to by the name of limbs, the navel of the earth, the mouth of the earth, the nakedness (genitalia) of the earth. And likewise with the year, the days are distinguished; such that each one of the 365 days is the aspect of a specific tendon. So the day of the 9th of Av is the aspect of the raised tendon from the stature of the year, which is the aspect of the rear, that is where the shells (klipot) have a hold. Hence it is the time of their control, since the first and second Temples were destroyed, Beitar was captured and [Jerusalem] was plowed over because it is the day of their control and their hold. For that day is given to them, that it should be a hold even in the stature of the year. It is just like Yom Kippur, which is an exalted day and is sanctified by a sanctification of [its] level over the entire year; since it is the life of the whole year and the choicest of all of them for holiness - such that this is why the Satan is not given permission to accuse. It is as our Rabbis, may their memory be blessed, said, "This corresponding to that, did God make." For the Ninth of Av is the chosen day for the other side (sitra achra, the side of evil), to be a great hold for [its forces] on this day. For it is because of this that what happened, happened.
«Потому не едят сыны Израиля сухожилие бедра» (Берешит 32:33). Известно, что по тайне АШаН — Олам (мир), Шана (год), Нефеш (душа) — в каждом из них есть полная структура из 248 органов и 365 жил, подобная их собственной структуре. Как написал Раавад в комментарии к Сефер Йецира на стих (Шмот 19:18): «И гора Синай вся дымилась (ашан)» — что слово АШаН намекает на Олам, Шана, Нефеш. Ибо как в душе есть структура из 248 органов и 365 жил, так и в мире — как мы находим, что земля называется именами органов: «пуп земли», «уста земли», «нагота земли». И так в году: дни определены, что каждый из 365 дней является аспектом отдельной жилы. И Девятое Ава — это аспект «сухожилия бедра» из структуры Года, которое в аспекте «задней стороны» (ахораим), где удержание клипот. И потому это время их власти — что был разрушен Храм первый и второй, и был взят Бейтар, и был вспахан Город — потому что это день их власти и удержания, что дан им тот день, чтобы было у них удержание также в структуре Года. И подобно тому, как Йом Кипур — день высший и святой в святости высшей над всем годом, являющийся жизненностью всего года и отборнейший из всех для святости, — потому «в Йом Кипурим Сатан не имеет права обвинять», как сказали мудрецы, — «одно против другого сделал Бог» (Коэлет 7:14): ибо Девятое Ава — день отборнейший в Другой стороне, чтобы было у них избыточное удержание в тот день, и потому случилось в него то, что случилось.
