כִּי יֶחְסַר מִן הַחֲכָמִים לְמִעוּט עִיּוּנָם בּוֹ, וְיֶחְסַר מִן הַבִּלְתִּי חֲכָמִים לְמִעוּט הַשָּׂגָתָם אוֹתוֹ.
It is absent from the wise due to their insufficient reflection on it, and likewise to the non-wise due to their insufficient grasp of it.
Ибо у мудрых его недостаёт из-за малого внимания к нему, а у немудрых — из-за малого понимания ими этого.
