אַחַת הִיא מָצָאנוּ, חָכְמָה וְאֵינָהּ מְלָאכָה, נָשִׂיחַ נָא מְעַט וְיִרְוַח לָנוּ:
Only one [remedy] have we found. It is a science, not a craft.20I.e., it does not require highly developed skill. Let us discuss it a bit and it will be profitable for us.
