וּמְשָׁלָם בָּזֶה לְתִינוֹק שֶׁמְּצָאוֹ אִישׁ אֶחָד מֵאַנְשֵׁי הַחֶסֶד בַּמִּדְבָּר וְחָמַל עָלָיו וַיַּאַסְפֵהוּ אֶל בֵּיתוֹ וַיְגַדְּלֵהוּ וַיַּאֲכִילֵהוּ וַיַּלְבִּישֵׁהוּ וַיִּתְנַדֵּב עָלָיו בְּכָל הַטּוֹב לוֹ עַד שֶׁהִשְׂכִּיל וְהֵבִין אָפְנֵי דַּרְכֵי טוֹבָתוֹ.
In this respect, they resemble an infant, found in the desert by a kind hearted man. The man had pity on the infant, brought it into his home, raised it, fed it, clothed it, and generously provided all that was good for it until it grew up and understood the ways of the many benefits it had received.
И притча об этом — о младенце, которого один милосердный человек нашёл в пустыне, сжалился над ним, взял его в свой дом, вырастил его, кормил его, одевал его и великодушно давал ему всякое благо, пока тот не поумнел и не понял все пути его доброты.
