ענין השגחתו ית': בהשקפתו ית׳ כבר ידענו שהוא ית״ש יודע כל ואין אצלו חסרון ידיעה כלל לא בעתיד ולא בהוה ולא בעבר כי כל מה שהיה ויהיה כבר צפוי הוא לפניו מעולם ולא נעלם ממנו דבר וכל ההוה גלוי הוא לפניו ונודע אצלו ית׳ בכל בחינותיו ולא נסתר ממנו כלל אמנם נקרא שהוא משקיף על הדברים מה שהוא דן אותם וגוזר עליהם גזירות מוגבלות בגבול הזמן שירצה החדשם בהם ועוד נדבר מזה לפנים בעז״ה:
Regarding His providence, may He be blessed: Regarding His oversight, may He be blessed, we already know that He, may His name be blessed, knows everything, and that there is no lack of knowledge with Him at all - not in the future, not in the present and not in the past. For everything that was and will be is already seen in front of Him forever. And nothing is hidden from Him, and everything is revealed in front of Him. And it is known in front of Him, may He be blessed, in all of its aspects; such that nothing is hidden from Him at all. Nevertheless, it is only said that He has oversight over things when He judges them and makes decrees that are limited by time about them, when he wants to do something new to them. And we will speak more about this further with God's help (Unit 2, The System of Providence 3).
Суть Его Провидения (наблюдения): Относительно Его обозрения, да будет Он благословен, мы уже знаем, что Он, да будет Он благословен, знает всё, и нет в Нём никакого недостатка в знании — ни о будущем, ни о настоящем, ни о прошлом. Ибо всё, что было и будет, уже от века открыто пред Ним, и ничто не сокрыто от Него. И всё настоящее открыто пред Ним и ведомо Ему, да будет Он благословен, во всех его аспектах, и ничто не скрыто от Него. Но то, что Он «обозревает» вещи, означает, что Он судит их и выносит о них определения, ограниченные пределом времени, в которое Он желает их обновить. И мы ещё будем говорить об этом далее, с Божьей помощью.
