ואולם הוא ית״ש משקיף על הכל עליונים ותחתונים שרשים וענפיהם ומכוין תמיד על השלימות הכללי ולזה מסבב כל הבריאה ונחלק הענין בפרטיה כפי מה שנמצא שהכנתם אלה לידחות ואלה ליקרב אלה ליצרף ואלה לנוח כל א׳ כפי מה שראוי שיגיע לו להקים כלל הבריאה על השלימות:
Nevertheless, He, may He be blessed, oversees everything - the higher ones and the lower ones, the roots and their branches - and always aims at perfection of the collective, such that He moves all of creation towards it. And it is distributed to [individuals] according to their situation - these to be pushed off and those to be brought close; these to be purged and those to rest. Each one [receives] what is appropriate to happen to him, to bring about perfection in the general creation.
Он, да будет Он благословен, обозревает всё — верхнее и нижнее, корни и их ветви — и постоянно направляет к общему совершенству. И для этого Он приводит в движение всё Творение, и дело распределяется в частностях, сообразно тому, что обнаруживается в их готовности: одни — к отвержению, другие — к приближению, одни — к очищению, другие — к покою, — каждый сообразно тому, что ему подобает получить, чтобы утвердить всё Творение в совершенстве.
