ז וְדַע, שֶׁעַל־יְדֵי כֹּחוֹת הָרוּחָנִיּוֹת, הַנִּבְרָאִים מֵאוֹתִיּוֹת הַתּוֹרָה שֶׁחִדֵּשׁ, הַכֹּחוֹת הָאֵלּוּ הֵן הֵן מַלְאָכִים מַמָּשׁ, וְהֵן מְקַבְּלִין הַכֹּחַ מֵאֱדוֹם כְּדֵי לַעֲנֹשׁ הָרְשָׁעִים בְּחַרְבָּא וּקְטָלָא, וְהֵן נִבְרָאִים בִּבְחִינַת (תהילים ס״ח:י״ב): אֲדֹנָי יִתֶּן אֹמֶר הַמְבַשְּׂרוֹת צָבָא רָב, וְהֵן מַעֲנִישִׁין אֶת הָרְשָׁעִים, בִּבְחִינַת (שם צא): כִּי מַלְאָכָיו יְצַוֶּה לָךְ וְכוּ', עַל שַׁחַל וָפֶתֶן תִּדְרֹךְ וְכוּ':
7. And know! the spiritual forces which are created from the letters of the Torah originated —they are bona fide angels. They receive the power from Edom in order to punish the wicked with the sword and with death. And they are created in the concept of (Psalms 68:12), “The Lord gives the word, the heralds are a mighty host.” They punish the wicked, as in (ibid. 91:11, 13), “He will charge His angels on your behalf…. Upon the lion and the viper you will tread.”
7. И знай! духовные силы, которые создаются из букв Торы, возникли <у этого мудреца> — они самые настоящие ангелы. Они получают силу от Эдома, чтобы наказывать нечестивых мечом и смертью. И они создаются в смысле (Теилим 68:12): «Господь даёт слово — вестниц великое воинство». Они наказывают нечестивых, как сказано (там же 91:11, 13): «Он повелит Своим ангелам о тебе…. На льва и аспида наступишь».
