אֵין אֹמֶר וְאֵין דְּבָרִים בְּלִי נִשְׁמָע קוֹלָם (תהלים יט), זֶה בְּחִינַת קֶשֶׁת וְקוֹל, תְּלָת גְּוָנִין דְּקֶשֶׁת:
5. “There is no utterance or spoken word without their sound being heard” (Psalms 19:4). This is an aspect of the rainbow and the sound of the three colors of the rainbow.
