ו וּלְפִי הַגְדָּלַת הַדַּעַת כֵּן הַפַּרְנָסָה בְּנָקֵל. כִּי פַּרְנָסָה בְּנָקֵל תּוֹלָה בְּדַעַת, כְּמוֹ שֶׁכָּתוּב (במדבר י״א:ח׳): שָׁטוּ הָעָם וְלָקְטוּ – בִּשְׁטוּתָא (זוהר בשלח סב סג), כִּי כָּל מִי שֶׁחָסֵר דַּעַת בְּיוֹתֵר, הוּא יָגֵע וְטוֹרֵחַ אַחַר הַפַּרְנָסָה בְּיוֹתֵר.
6. Now, the greater the daat, the easier it is to earn a living. This is because effortless livelihood is dependent upon daat, as it is written (Numbers 11:8), “The people ShaTu (strolled about) and gathered it”—with ShTuta (foolishness) (Zohar II, 62b). For the more one is lacking in daat, the more he is harried and burdened in search of livelihood.
6. И вот, чем больше даат, тем легче заработать пропитание. Ибо лёгкое, без усилий, пропитание зависит от даат, как написано (Бемидбар 11:8): «Народ шаТу (разгуливал) и собирал его» — с шТута (глупостью) (Зоар II, 62b). Ведь чем больше человеку недостаёт даат, тем больше он изнуряем и обременён в поисках пропитания.
וְגַּם לְפִי הַגְדָּלַת הַדַּעַת כֵּן נִתְרַבֶּה הַשָּׁלוֹם, כִּי שָׁלוֹם תָּלוּי בְּדַעַת, כְּמוֹ שֶׁכָּתוּב (ישעיהו י״א:ו׳): וְגָר זְאֵב עִם כֶּבֶשׂ וְכוּ' כִּי מָלְאָה הָאָרֶץ דֵּעָה; שֶׁיִּהְיֶה שָׁלוֹם נִפְלָא בָּעוֹלָם, שֶׁיּוּכְלוּ לָגוּר בְּיַחַד שְׁנֵי הֲפָכִים, מֵחֲמַת גֹּדֶל הַדַּעַת שֶׁיִּהְיֶה אָז. כִּי עַל־יְדֵי הַדַּעַת נִגְדָּל הַשָּׁלוֹם, כִּי נִתְבַּטֵּל הַכַּעַס וְהָאַכְזָרִיּוּת עַל יְדֵי הַדַּעַת. כִּי כַּעַס וְאַכְזָרִיּוּת הוּא מֵהֶעְדֵּר הַדַּעַת, כְּמוֹ שֶׁכָּתוּב (קהלת ז׳:ט׳): כַּעַס בְּחֵיק כְּסִילִים יָנוּחַ; וְכָל מַה שֶּׁמִּתְרַבֶּה הַדַּעַת, מִתְרַבָּה הָרַחֲמָנוּת וְהַשָּׁלוֹם, וְעַל כֵּן הַפַּרְנָסָה בְּנָקֵל, בִּבְחִינַת (תהילים קמ״ז:י״ד): הַשָּׂם גְּבוּלֵךְ שָׁלוֹם, חֵלֶב חִטִּים יַשְׂבִּיעֵךְ:
In addition, the greater the daat, the greater the peace. This is because peace is dependent upon daat, as it is written (Isaiah 11:6, 9), “The wolf will dwell with the lamb… for the earth will be filled with deah.” The peace in the world will be so amazing, that opposites will be capable of dwelling together because of the great daat that will prevail then. Through the daat, peace is increased, because anger and cruelty are eliminated through daat. This is because anger and cruelty result from an absence of daat, as it is written (Ecclesiastes 7:9), “anger abides in the bosom of fools.” But the more daat is increased, the more there is an increase of compassion and peace. As a result, livelihood is earned effortlessly, in the aspect of “He makes your borders peaceful, and satiates you with choice wheat” (Psalms 147:14) .
Кроме того, чем больше даат, тем больше мира. Ибо мир зависит от даат, как написано (Йешаяу 11:6, 9): «Волк будет жить вместе с ягнёнком… ибо земля наполнится деа». Мир в мире будет столь удивителен, что противоположности смогут жить вместе благодаря великому даат, который тогда будет преобладать. Через даат умножается мир, потому что гнев и жестокость устраняются через даат. Ибо гнев и жестокость происходят от отсутствия даат, как написано (Коэлет 7:9): «гнев пребывает в груди глупцов». Но чем больше увеличивается даат, тем больше умножаются сострадание и мир. В результате <у каждого> пропитание зарабатывается без усилий, в аспекте: «Он делает границы твои мирными и насыщает тебя отборной пшеницей» (Теилим 147:14).
